Krelius (Johann Christian Credius?)
Triosonata in A major, supposedly for transverse flute, viola da gamba and basso continuo
D-ROu Mus. Saec. XVIII 45/11
For the identity of the author, in addition to Credius, the names Christian Adolf von Ziegesar and Franz Joseph Krail (or Crail), active 1721-27, have been proposed (see bibliography).
The triosonata is without instrumental indications; the instrumentation is deduced from the analogy with the triosonata in E major by the same author (see), contained in the same envelope 45 and notated in the same clefs (G2, C4, F4).
