3 pieces in viola bastarda style:
- Piece without title (D. 246, pp. 138-140)
- Vidi Pianger Madona, diminutions on Alfonso Ferrabosco I, «Vidi pianger madonna» (D. 246, pp. 247-249)
- O sacrum Convivium, diminutions on Thomas Tallis, «O Sacrum Convivium» (D.246, pp. 253-256 in staff notation; D.247, pp. 69v-71 in tablature)
GB-Ob ms.mus.sch. D.246-247 Merro
The first piece (D. 246, pp. 138-140) appears on the pages following Sound out my voice Alfonso, see; and is concluded by the word «fine». It might be hypothesised that the two pieces are connected and that Alfonso Ferrabosco II is the author of these diminutions as well.
