The ms consists of two anonymous sonatas for the same instrumental ensemble. The Sonata Prima (see) has been attributed to Antonio Bertali thanks to a concordant source. No attributed concordance has been found for this Sonata Seconda.
The sonata is found, anonymous, also in F-Pn ms. Rost Vm7 673, n° XL, in a version for Violino et Alto, with the second voice transcribed with some octave adjustments for viola da braccio.
