The manuscript bears the title «Auff der Viol de Gambe. 2. partey»; moreover, the pieces that have been identified through concordances are in the other sources for 2 or 3 lyra viols. It is therefore probable that these pieces too are conceived for more than one lyra viol, even if the source reports only one part.
